On November 11, 2015, Katrin Peo, Allan Paiste, and Renetta Kõrre represented Vaimo at the Work in Estonia fair, which was organised by SA Archimedes, Work in Estonia and Ülemiste City. This event was meant for foreign students working towards Bachelor's and Master's degrees in universities in Estonia and who are looking for work after studies or a place to do an intership. The event drew nearly 200 student students for a three hour event in Dvigatel Restaurant in Ülemiste City, and the Vaimo team worked hard to promote and recruit prospective Vaimoers.
"We believe that it's important to promote Vaimo as a company and as a brand to students. Since we are an international company, with over 35 nationalities represented in our 9 offices, we believe we are a good option for foreign students to consider as a potential working place in the future. And it was great experience to see and talk to these young and eager people from different nationalities in one venue. I hope Work in Estonia continues with this initiative also in the future as this definitely helps to draw more attention to companies in Estonia amongst young foreigners looking to work and stay in Estonia after their studies." Katrin Peo, Marketing Manager in Vaimo.
